My personal interests are wide-ranging. Living in Michigan for 20+ years turned me in to a lover of all things Big Ten! In the fall, you can find me rooting for the Michigan State Spartans on the weekends with my husband and son. As a new resident of Memphis, I also root for the Memphis Tigers and the Memphis Grizzles! I practice (and teach) yoga as well! I am a certified 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and am currently working towards my 300 hr designation with MindBody Haus in Memphis, TN. In my spare time, I teach yoga in Southaven at The Yoga Kickback, you can also book me for private yoga session on my yoga website. If you’re in the Memphis area and want an in home session, I can come to you! If you are not local to Memphis, I also do virtual sessions. Outside of yoga, I also love to travel, read, cook and go see live music--Memphis is great for that!
